Vaginal Discharge in Sexually Transmitted Diseases

  1. Method of use

It is advised to make vaginal suppositories and place intra-vaginally for 7 days at night regularly.

Composition

½ kg of barks of Acacia nilotica L. Willd. (Kikar) is boiled in 1 liter of water then 60g harsiyah Terminalia chebula Retz. (Black myrobalau) is added in water. When Acacia nilotica (Kikar) and Terminalia chebula (Black myrobalau) become soft then they are mashed.

Precaution: Avoid taking dairy products, milk, rice and fleshy food.

 

To Stimulate Menstruation

  1. A cup of strong Coffea arabica (Coffee) twice a day is recommended for inducing menstruation. This is advised to be taken on the expected date for stimulating menstrual cycle.
  2. Seeds of Trachyspermum ammi (Carom) are boiled in water with jaggary. Oral intake of this tea is meant to increase menstruation after delivery.

 

To Reduce groin pain

  1. Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) is boiled in water. It is then mixed with jaggaryand used orally.
  2. Anethum sowa (Dill) is first boiled in water, and then jaggaryis added to the mixture. The mixture is then used orally.

 

To avoid miscarriage and abortion in last month

  1. After 40 days of pregnancy, leave of Azadirachta indica Juss. (Margose) with water is taken regularly till 9 months.
    1. Ground leaves of Brassica alba (White mustard) are mixed with some jaggary. It is then sieved and drink once daily for 40 days.
    2. 2 tola of Cuminum cyminum (Cumin) is soaked overnight in water and ground in the next morning. Crystal sugar is added in it. It is then sieved and drink for 8 months regularly.
    3. Grains of Punica granatum (Pomegranate) are soaked in water. It is advised to use this water orally for 3-4 days.
    4. Equal amount of powdered Acorus calamus (Sweet flag), Apium graveolens L. (Celery), and Embelia ribes Burm. f. (False black pepper), are mixed with jaggary to make suppositories. These suppositories are used intra-vaginally.
    5. Phiki suti* (purchased from pansar) is mixed with sugar and crystal sugar to make remedy. 1 tablespoon of this remedy is advised with water for 8 days.
    6. Powdered manmahro* and crystal sugar are added in some water. It is advised to take orally 1 glass in the morning in summer while 1 glass in afternoon for 4-5 months in winter.

     

Shrinking the abdominal size after child birth

  1. Method of use

The tablet is advised to place intra-vaginally for 5 days.

Composition

Azadirachta indica J. Juss. (Margose) leaves and fruits, Acorus calamus L. (Sweet flag), and Lallemantia royleana Benth. (Black psyllium) are crushed, and mixed with jaggary. It is then converted into tablet form.

  1. Method of use

Ladies are advised to place these tablets intra-vaginally twice a day for 7 days.

Composition

Little bit of rock sugar, a pinch of rock salt, 10 gm Salvia plebeia R. Brown. (English plebeian), 10 gm kahri*, 10 gm Embelia ribes Burm.f. (False black pepper), 5 gm Origanum vulgare L. (Oregano), 10 gm Apium graveolens L. (Celery), 1 whole Areca catechu L. (Betel nut), Quercus infectoria Olivier. (Gall oak), 10-12gm Anethum sowa Roxb. (Dill), 5-8 Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (Green cardamom), 2-3 Amomum subulatum Roxb. (Black cardamom), and 2 slug of Mentha piperita L. (Peppermint) are crushed to obtain a powder form. This mixture is then sieved to remove unwanted large particles. Little quantity of this powder is ground with fresh and cleaned leaves of Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium), and 4-5 candy sugar to make a semi solid mass. It is then converted into marble like small tablets.

  1. These tablets are dried in air before it use for expulsion of plasma membrane. Jaggary is taken first after 2 hours of delivery and then dried tablets are taken from the same night for expulsion of plasma membrane. The tablets are converted into grain for use of infertility.
  2. Saltra julab* is advised to be taken orally in water once a day for 2 days.
  3. Dasmol syrup** (herbal remedy) is advised to take orally to shrink the abdominal size.
  4. Method of use

The suppository is advised to place intra-anally at night on alternate days. It will cause diarrhea and abdomen will be shrinked .

Composition

Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin), Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce. (Fennel), Mentha piperita (Peppermint) slug, Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), Quercus infectoria (Gall oak), Terminalia chebula Retz. (Balck myrobalau), Ricinus communis L. (Castor) seeds, and Citrullus colocynthis (L.) Schrad. (Bitter apple) are burnt on heating, and inner soft mass is taken out. It is then ground to make Suppository.

  1. Apium graveolens (Celery), Embelia ribes (False black pepper), Anethum sowa (Dill), Origanum vulgare (Oregano), and crystal sugar are ground to make pellets, and dipped in butter.
  2. Banth chori* is ground to make fine powder and advised to take orally with water for 5-7 days.
  3. The abdomen is massaged with mustard oil. First Mud plate and then 2-3 red brick are placed over abdomen for 15-20 min daily. It is advised to place it over abdomen for 15-20 min for 11 days after delivery.
  • Cocos nucifera (Coconut) and candy sugar are advised to take orally.
  • Equal amount of Cocos nucifera (Coconut), crystal sugar, Cuminum cyminum (Cumin), Mentha piperita (Peppermint) slug, Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), dried Zingiber officinale (Ginger), and Piper nigrum L. (Black pepper) are powdered, and advised to be taken orally.
  • Mustard leaves are boiled in water and advised to take orally.
  • Method of use

It is advised to place it intra-vaginally daily for 3 days.

Composition

Anethum sowa (Dill) and Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are crushed to form a powder. Cotton swab is dipped in black glycerin and in powder.

  • Method of use

It is advised to place it over abdomen for 15-20 min once a day for 20 days.

Composition

The lower abdomen is massaged with mustard oil. Zingiber officinale (Ginger) and Trachyspermum ammi L. (Carom) are added in mustard oil. Mud plate is first placed over abdomen and then 2-3 red bricks are placed on mud plate.

  • 2-3 kaphoi dana* is advised to be taken daily after delivery for 20 days.
  • Trachyspermum ammi (Carom) is fried in butter oil and then ground it. Ladies are advised to take it orally twice a day up to 40 days after delivery.
  • Trachyspermum ammi (Carom) is fried in butter oil and some water is added to make a halwa. 1 plate of halwa is advised to take orally for 3 days on a regular basis.
  • Trachyspermum ammi (Carom) and jaggary are boiled in water and then sieved it. The decoction is advised to take orally for 3 days.
  • Araq of Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) is mixed in salt. Oral administration is advised for 8 months during pregnancy.
  • Method of use

1 table spoon of the remedy is advised to take orally once daily in the morning for 4-5 days.

Composition

Equal amount of powdered Anethum sowa (Dill), Origanum vulgare (Oregano), Cuminum cyminum (Cumin), candy sugar, Cocos nucifera (Coconut), Juglans regia L. (Walnut), Glycyrrhiza glabra L. (LIquorice), Tamarindus indicum (Tamarind), and 2-3 Mentha piperita (Peppermint) slug, are fried in 1 cup of butter oil to make remedy.

  • Cocos nucifera (Coconut), crystal sugar, and 1 cup of butter are mixed to make remedy. 2 table spoons are advised to take orally thrice a day for 3 days.
  • Crystal sugar or jaggary or candy sugar is advised to place intra-anally or intra-vaginally at night for 4-5 days.
  • Terminalia bellerica (Gaertn.) Roxb. (Myrobalau) is advised to place intra-anally at night for 4-5 days.
  • Method of use

This is an oral remedy, advised to be taken orally in the morning for 40 days.

Composition

2-3 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), 4-5 Piper nigrum (Black pepper), 2 table spoons Cuminum cyminum (Cumin), Withania coagulans (Vegetable rennet), and Anethum sowa (Dill) are crushed to obtain a powder. It is then fried in 1 cup of butter oil.

  • Anethum sowa (Dill) and Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) are ground together, and then converted into vaginal suppositories. The suppository is advised to place intra-vaginally once a day for 7 days.
  • 10-12 Withania coagulans (Vegetable rennet) are boiled in water and then sieved it. Oral administration is advised early in the morning.
  • 2-3 spoons of Araq-32 (purchased from pansar) are advised to take orally for 6 days.
  • Triticum aestivum (Wheat) flour is boiled and advised to be taken orally in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 day.
  • 2 table spoons of ground Cuminum cyminum (Cumin) is advised to take orally daily in the morning on an empty stomach for 6 days.
  • Method of use

3 table spoon of the remedy is advised to take orally once a day for 10 days.

Composition

Cocos nucifera (Coconut), Cuminum cyminum (Cumin), Prunus amygdalus Batsch. (Almond), Pistacia vera L. (Pistachio), Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), char magaz, Coriandrum sativum L. (Coriander), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), crystal sugar, and Triticum aestivum (Wheat) are fried in clarified butter. Khonr* and sugar are added in it.

 

Scanty menstruation 

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take the water orally for 3 days.

Composition

Fresh and washed leaves of Lallemantia royleana Benth. (Black psyllium) are ground with crystal sugar, and Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (Green cardamom) then some water is added.

  1. 16-17 Gossypium arboreum (Cotton) are boiled in 4 jug water, then small amount of jaggary is added. This water is sieved. It is advised to take orally daily in morning for 6-7 days.
  2. 3-4 Tamarindus indicum (Tamarind) and 1 table spoon jaggary is soaked in water. This water is sieved with muslin cloth. It is advised to use this water orally, 3 times for 3-4 days.
  3. Terminalia chebula (Black myrobalau), bark of Punica granatum L. (Pomegranate), and crystal sugar are soaked in water. This water is sieved. It is advised to use this water orally, daily in the morning for 1-2 months.
  4. Equal amount of Foeniculum vulgare var dulce. (Fennel), candy sugar, and Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are soaked in water, and sieved. It is advised to use this water orally, daily in the morning for 1-2 months.
  5. Peganum harmala (Harmal), Cocos nucifera L. (Coconut), and jaggary are boiled in water. It is advised to take orally 1 glass daily at night for 3-4 days.
  6. Method of use

It is advised to take orally half glass of water in the morning on an empty stoamch for 3 days.

Composition

Equal quantity of bark of Acacia nilotica L. Willd. (Kikar), Trachyspermum ammi L. (Carom), Withania coagulans Dunal. (Vegetable rennet), Anethum sowa Roxb. (Dill), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), and jaggary are soaked in water at night. In the morning, this water is seived and boiled.  Small amount of clarified butter is added and wheat flour.

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take orally at night for 3 days.

Composition

20 g of Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin), Anethum sowa (Dill), jaggary, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) slug, and Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are taken, and cooked it in 60 gm butter. Jaggary is soaked in water. It is added in butter. This is known as Tringh.

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take orally in morning for 3 days.

Composition

Equal amount of Cassia angustifolia Vahl. (Indian senna) and Trachyspermum ammi (Carom), are soaked in water. This water is sieved and fried in half cup of butter oil.

  1. Ground leaves of Mentha piperita (Peppermint) is put in unleavened bread, and used orally for 3 days.
  2. Ground fresh and washed leaves of Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium) are taken and Put it in unleavened bread and used orally for 3 days.
  3. Method of use

It is advised to take orally in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 days.

Composition

Anethum sowa (Dill), Withania coagulans (Vegetable rennet), and Trigonella foenum-graecum L. (Fenugreek) are taken. It is cooked in 100 gm butter. Small amount of jaggary and 1 glass of water is added in it.

  1. Method of use

It is advised to use this water in the morning on an empty stoamch for 3 days during menstruation.

Composition

Equal amount of powdered Acorus calamus L. (Sweet flag), Cannabis sativa L. (Marijauna), fresh leaves of Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium), Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), Mentha piperita (Peppermint) slug, and Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) are taken. It is boiled in 500 mL water until 250 mL water remained.

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take orally 2 table spoons daily in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 days.

Composition

Trigonella foenum-graecum L. (Fenugreek), Cuminum cyminum (Cumin), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) and jaggary are ground. It is cooked it in 100 mL butter oil to make remedy.

  1. Leaves of Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium), jaggary, and Coriandrum sativum (Coriander) are boiled, and sieved. It is advised to take orally half glass 2 times per day during first 3 days of menstruation.
  2. Method of use

It is advised to use this water orally once daily in morning for 3 days.

Composition

Anethum sowa (Dill) is soaked in water at night. It is ground in the morning. Add Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), butter, and jaggary is added, and then boiled.

  1. 2 table spoons Cuminum cyminum (Cumin) and 2-3 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are ground to fine powder. It is advised to take orally 1 table spoon, three times daily with water for 3-4 days continuously.
  2. 1 table spoon of ground waowarang is taken orally with water, 3 times for 3-4 days regularly.
  3. Fresh leaves of Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium) and 3-4 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are ground to fine powder, and converted into small tablet. It is advised to place 1 tablet intra-vaginally at night for 5-6 days regularly.
  4. 1 glass of water is added in powdered 3-4 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) and small piece of crystal sugar. It is advised to use this water orally twice daily for 3-4 days.
  5. Araq 32 ½ cup is taken orally twice a day for 4-5 days.
  6. It is advised to take orally in the morning on an empty stomach for 5 dyas regularly.

Method of use

Equal amount of Anethum sowa (Dill), Origanum vulgare L. (Oregano), Lallemantia royleana (Black psyllium), Cassia angustifolia (Indian senna), Butea frondosa Roxb. ex. Willd. (Palash), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), sufaid wal*, kali wal*, and Tamarindus indicum L. (Tamrind) are soaked in water at night. In the morning, it is seived.

  1. Peel of Punica granatum (Pomegranate) is soaked in water at night and sieved in the morning. It is advised to take orally 1-2 glass of this water in the morning for 15-20 days.
  2. Seeds of Daucus carota (Carrot) are soaked in water and sieved. It is advised to take orally 1 glass of this water in the morning for 1 month.

 

Retroverty Uterus

  1. Candy sugar is dipped in butter oil and placed once intra-anally.
  2. Method of use

It is advised to place the tablet intra-vaginally once daily for 3 days.

Composition

Ground Origanum vulgare L. (Oregano), Anethum sowa Roxb. (Dill), slug Mentha piperita L. (Peppermint), and jaggary is mixed with mustard oil, and converted into tablet form.

  1. Terminalia bellerica (Gaertn.) (Myrobalau) is dipped in clarified butter and placed intra-anally, daily at night for 3 days.

 

Recurrent Abortion and Infertility

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take 1 spoon of the mixture orally for 1-2 months regularly.

Composition

Equal amount of powdered Amomum subulatum Roxb. (Black cardamom), Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (Green cardamom), Mentha piperita L. (Peppermint) slug, Quercus infectoria Olivier. (Gall oak), Areca catechu L. (Betel nut), kacha paka wai, Tamarindus indicum L. (Tamarind), Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce. (Fennel), Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin), Trachyspermum ammi L. (Carom), dried Zingiber officinale Roscoe. (Ginger), monhlalai*, mosfa*, Salvia plebeia R. Brown (Sage weed), Symplocos racemosa Roxb. (Loard), behra*, candy sugar, Phoenix dactylifera L. (dry dates), Cocos nucifera L. (Coconut), and Prunus amgydalus Batsch. (Almond) are taken, and mixed all together.

 

Post pregnancy health

  1. Method of use

Oral administration of this formulation with milk is advised for getting back to normal condition.

Composition

Prunus amygdalus Batsch. (Almond) and Pistacia vera L. (Pistachio) are pounded together to make a powder. This powder is then cooked with Triticum aestivum L. (Wheat), clarified butter and Acacia nilotica L. Willd. (Kikar) gum to make a paste.

  1. Method of use

It is advised to take this formulation orally for 5-7 days after delivery.

Composition

Rub is made by warming clarified butter. This Rub is mixed with some Triticum aestivum (Wheat) and cooked until the color changes to golden brown. Jaggary or sugar is then added to sweeter it and sufficient water is added to maintain a thick consistency.

  1. Method of use

Ladies are advised to use rub for regaining good health after delivery.

Composition

Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin) seeds, Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce. (Fennel), Piper nigrum L. (Black pepper), and Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (Green cardamom) are pounded together into a fine powder. This powder is then mixed with wheat flour and clarified butter to make a rub.

  1. Piper nigrum (Black pepper), crushed Triticum aestivum L. (Wheat), and Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin) seeds are cooked in pure clarified butter to make a rub. Ladies are advised to use rub for 5 days after delivery.
  2. Method of use

A daily dose of one tablespoon of this remedy is advised to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. The treatment must be continued for 40 days.

Composition

5-6 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), 12-15 Prunus amygdalus (Almond), 15-20 Pistacia vera (Pistachio), 10-12 Piper nigrum (Black pepper), Cocos nucifera L. (Cocunut), and crystal suger are pounded together. The mixture is then fried in 100 mL butter oil to make the remedy.

  1. Method of use

A tablet is advised to place intra-vaginally twice daily for a week. The treatment may be continued further up to 9 days if required.

This powder is then mixed with ground leaves of Lallemantia royleana Benth. (Black psyllium) to make a paste. The paste is then converted into tablets.
