  1. Method of use

Oral administration of this formulation with milk is advised for getting back to normal condition.

Composition

Prunus amygdalus Batsch. (Almond) and Pistacia vera L. (Pistachio) are pounded together to make a powder. This powder is then cooked with Triticum aestivum L. (Wheat), clarified butter and Acacia nilotica L. Willd. (Kikar) gum to make a paste.

It is advised to take this formulation orally for 5-7 days after delivery.

Composition

Rub is made by warming clarified butter. This Rub is mixed with some Triticum aestivum (Wheat) and cooked until the color changes to golden brown. Jaggary or sugar is then added to sweeter it and sufficient water is added to maintain a thick consistency.

Ladies are advised to use rub for regaining good health after delivery.

Composition

Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin) seeds, Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce. (Fennel), Piper nigrum L. (Black pepper), and Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (Green cardamom) are pounded together into a fine powder. This powder is then mixed with wheat flour and clarified butter to make a rub.

  1. Piper nigrum (Black pepper), crushed Triticum aestivum L. (Wheat), and Cuminum cyminum L. (Cumin) seeds are cooked in pure clarified butter to make a rub. Ladies are advised to use rub for 5 days after delivery.
  2. Method of use

A daily dose of one tablespoon of this remedy is advised to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. The treatment must be continued for 40 days.

Composition

5-6 Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom), 12-15 Prunus amygdalus (Almond), 15-20 Pistacia vera (Pistachio), 10-12 Piper nigrum (Black pepper), Cocos nucifera L. (Cocunut), and crystal suger are pounded together. The mixture is then fried in 100 mL butter oil to make the remedy.

  1. Method of use

A tablet is advised to place intra-vaginally twice daily for a week. The treatment may be continued further up to 9 days if required.

Composition

Anethum sowa Roxb. (Dill), Origanum vulgare L. (Oregano), Cassia angustifolia Vahl. (Indian sena) and Elettaria cardamomum (Green cardamom) are crushed together to make a powder. This powder is then mixed with ground leaves of Lallemantia royleana Benth. (Black psyllium) to make a paste. The paste is then converted into tablets.
